Marketing Manager


Role: Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Job Location: Hybrid Role, two days in our London office per week is required.
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + Bonus Program
Travel: This role will require occasional travel for work related events in North America (estimated at 25%)


About Us
Our growing SAAS company is looking to add a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in creative product marketing, brand management and lead generation across North America. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our brand and digital marketing presence.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving the visibility and success of our product in a competitive market. We are looking for a candidate with a broad understanding of marketing and who is comfortable managing a variety of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our senior leadership and sales teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence. This role requires an experienced marketing professional with a strategic mindset, capable of leading a talented team of marketing professionals.
 

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Be a strategic thinker with strong digital marketing skills and an eye for detail
  • Excel at turning ideas into action, focusing on effective and efficient execution
  • Support product and new feature launches by building GTM plans, develop messaging that connects and correlates with tangible outcomes for prospects and clients
  • Support Sales Team through marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, conferences and events
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture existing client relationships
  • Research and interpret market trends, competitive intel, client insights to deeply understand our client’s needs and how they are evolving
  • Performance management - mentor, coach and monitor the performance of direct staff reports and progress towards annual goals
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including strategies for content marketing, public relations, social media, digital marketing, and trade shows
  • Support the launch of major product releases to drive internal awareness, alignment, and readiness across the organization
  • Reinforce consistent brand and product messaging through all digital platforms and social media
  • Represent the marketing team in cross-functional projects and strategic discussions, advocating for best practices in digital strategy and brand positioning
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including
  • product development, sales, and the senior management team

 

 
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAAS marketing
  • Experience working in a leadership role
  • Experience marketing software products; ideally in the US market
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
  • Experience leading a multi-disciplinary Marketing team
  • Two days in our London office per week is required
  • Valid Passport and Driver’s license
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decision making
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast paced, virtual environment
  • Experience developing GTM plans, internal messaging, and enablement tools
  • Ability to quickly forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • Proficiency with SEO, Hubspot, Microsoft Office suite and Google Workplace
  • Proficiency with CRM Tools and Project Management Tools; Salesforce and Kantata
