CARPENTER
Reporting to the Maintenance Leader and working as part of the maintenance team, the Carpenter is responsible for building and woodworking projects including renovations and new construction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Unless otherwise stated, the minimum requirements of the above-noted position include that the candidate(s) be able to perform the duties of the position in a safe and efficient manner and be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Current Province of Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Carpenter, a valid Driver's Licence and a clean driver’s abstract are required. A minimum of 4½ years related experience. The successful candidate must be able to understand and respond to the needs of diverse school communities.
Proof of these qualifications must be attached to the application.
RATE OF PAY: $38.50 per hour
HOURS: 0630 - 1500 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch
