Human Resources Co-Op Student
The Town of Tillsonburg is a progressive municipality on the leading edge of technology nestled in the heart of beautiful Southern Ontario. The Town is seeking a dynamic customer service oriented professional team player.

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Co-Op Student will assist the human resources department with administrative functions. Responsibilities include assisting with records management, the recruitment process, preparing template documentation, researching and compiling data for various human resources initiatives.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in the Human Resources field. 
The contract for this position is from May 5, 2025 – December 12, 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $18.55- $21.70 per hour (2024 rates).  This is a seasonal student position with the option to enroll in OMERS defined benefit pension plan.
