In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Glass Canada is seeking a General Manager / Integrator to lead and support its dedicated team. This role is ideal for a collaborative and people-focused leader who values operational excellence and team empowerment.
 What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Business: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, aligning with strategic goals to maintain and enhance service excellence.
  • Support & Empower the Team: Foster a collaborative environment where team members are motivated, supported, and aligned with company values.
  • Strengthen Culture: Uphold a respectful, high-performance workplace that emphasizes communication, recognition, and shared success.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Enhance systems and workflows to support efficiency and continued growth.
  • Model Ardent Values: Uphold the values and leadership practices shared across the Ardent Group, embedding them in the Glass Canada culture.
  • While not required, familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business frameworks is considered an asset.

 What You Bring
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally within the construction industry or other project-based environments, with a strong record of leading teams through growth and operational improvements.
  • Post-secondary education is strongly preferred, with a degree in Business, an MBA, or other professional designation, considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in the construction sector is highly valued.
  • Ability to positively influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong business acumen, combined with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style with a passion for process improvement, team accountability, and delivering exceptional service.
